In these session we concentrate on safely and consistently building up your strength and fitness levels.
When it comes to exercise, special consideration needs to be taken after you’ve had a baby. Our experienced coaches will guide you through each class so you feel confident at all times and know you are in safe hands.
Each term runs for four weeks, with two sessions per week on a Monday and Wednesday.
This course is suitable for women who’ve recently had a baby and have been medically cleared to exercise.
